Join Peninsula Cellars winemaker Kyle Leppek and The Cheese Lady team from Fenton for a guided afternoon of wine and cheese pairings. Discover how cheeses and accompaniments complement each wine, and gather tips for creating a festive holiday cheese board at home.
Your tasting includes:
- Pinot Grigio: Port Salut, Apricot Pistachio & Brandy Artisan Crisps, and fresh pears
- Gewürztraminer: Humboldt Fog goat cheese, pineapple mango jam, and French bread
- Gamay Noir: Vlaskaas Gouda, candied nuts, and speck smoked ham
- Blaufränkisch Reserve: Prairie Breeze Cheddar, Jack Salami, and Paw Paw Cha Cha pickled slaw
- Six & Two Bordeaux Blend: Gorgonzola Blue, chocolate cacao nib shortbread, and dried fig
