Join mixologist Alibeth Vandergrift of Liquor & Lore and Peninsula Cellars winemaker Kyle Leppek for a hands-on cocktail workshop featuring Michigan wine, cider and festive flavors.
Each guest will create their own cocktails as Alibeth guides you through the techniques, ingredients and finishing touches. Kyle will share the stories behind the Peninsula Cellars wines and cider we’re mixing.
Here’s what you’ll make
🌿 Hippocras Cocktail
Peninsula Cellars Cinnamon Swirl cider with allspice, fresh rosemary and lemon. Fragrant, spiced and full of holiday flavor.
🎄 Christmas Kir Imperial
Peninsula Cellars “I’ll Drink to That” sparkling wine with cranberry, peppermint and fresh lemon, finished with wine-soaked candied cranberries and a mini candy cane.
🍊 Kalter Glühwein — Your Choice of Red or White
Create a chilled twist on this holiday favorite with Peninsula Cellars Pinot Grigio or Detention Red, fresh orange juice and a festive blend of cinnamon, clove and anise.
