Join us at Michigan by the Bottle – Auburn Hills for a hands-on sourdough workshop led by Kim’s Cooking Creations, where flour flies, questions are encouraged, and great Michigan wine is always within reach.

In this interactive class, you’ll make dough from scratch, learn the basics of sourdough baking (without intimidation), and head home with everything you need to bake confidently in your own kitchen. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a curated flight of three Michigan wines, because learning is better with a glass in hand.
